Throughout the last 5 years I have created a small Mommy Library. My Mommy Library is my pride and joy! A collection of true jewels of books, they’re priceless to my heart!

The large majority of the books I’ve already read. Jeez, these last 5 years have been the most studious years of my entire life where it comes to non-scholarly reads. Some of them are still laying there waiting to be read, others have been used as reference on numerous occasions. Most of them are borrowed to friends and enlighten yet another home.  Some of them a are spiritual, others are plain practical. I’ve loved each and every one of them and even the few ones not yet read have been browsed through and hugged with the same excitement when they landed in our home. Quite a few of them are true gems of books (*) that have altered my inner self and a few others have proved very useful especially as reference (~) and are the ones I kept on demand throughout my kids’ infancy and beyond. Still, everything that I’ve listed here are great books. The ones I didn’t like I haven’t bothered to include them and fortunately are not even that many.

I’m quite certain I’m missing a few here, especially the ones in Greek which I did not buy online and thus I have to note them down browsing carefully through my shelves. I’ll be updating this list often so do keep coming back by clicking on the left sidebar under Resources and Reads if you will to see what’s new.

Also I’ll be coming back with brief descriptions of the ones I loved best, so there will be updates content-wise too.

I’ve made a rough categorisation of the books. Some books could go under more than one but I tried to put them under the category that applies to the most content of each of them, according to the impression they made to me (that’s quite subjective so feel free to correct me).

This list is also to be found on your left hand side bar of this blog, under Resources and Reads. The updates shall be entered there (and not at this post).
